Dolbel Consulting was established in July 2004 as a grain accumulation entity for Glencore Grains in Northern NSW. The Liverpool Plains is the primary service area but clients from as far away as Narromine and the Darling Downs now enjoy the services.

Stuart Dolbel, the principle, has been involved in the Agricultural industry in NSW since 1985 and has a strong background in Agricultural Retail and Grain Marketing having managed retail stores for a number of years before working for the AWB or related entities from 1996, Stuart's domestic grain trading experience is used to interpret the local feed and milling industries.

The business grew quickly with expansion into commodity brokerage less than twelve months. Dolbel Consulting acts as a grower broker facilitating on sometimes hard to move commodities like pulses or in cases where producers may just be looking for a quick comparison to an existing price.
